Q: Hi, which colony got regularised recently ? How about other illegal colonies in the city?
Latest Answer: Most of the constructions in the unauthorised colonies of Delhi are built on weak foundations only. One can see four or five-storey thin structures come up just within a couple of months. If a building starts tilting, only then it seeks attention. But in most cases, the buildings collapse leading to deaths and injuries to many. In 2012 also flats in Lalita Park in East Delhi had collapsed.

Q: Hi, after so many buildings have been built in Shri Sai Kunj, it has come to light that the development is illegal.. what is the next step by the authorities?

Latest Answer: Vivek, I agree with you.. and look at the foolishness of buyers.. there is no water, no power, nothing.. still they have bought projects at high rates in Sai Kunj.. I am sure they did not worry about legally verifying the projects before buying.. Now their flats are also lost and investment is also lost..

Q: Hi, there is a drive going on at Kanpur in which illegal buildings are being sealed it seems.. Do anybody know more details on this news? Is the drive completed and how about the builders of those illegal buildings?
Latest Answer: I guess it is still going on. They have seriously taken the decision that they won't stop it until and unless all illegal buildings get sealed.. And it should be considered that this drive is the biggest in KDA’s history itself..Because earlier it had never taken such serious action against illegal constructions.
