Q: I had purchased a flat in 2010 April and the developers ensured that the possession will be by October 2010 but till date the possession is not being offered. Now the developers are giving some or the other excuses. What legal action can be taken against the developers?

Latest Answer: I would advice you to first go through the agreement when it was executed. then discuss with the developer and ask him to give a written in black and white. If he denies then think about taking legal actions against the builder.
