Q:I am interested in HM Nimbus (part of HM World City project). It would be great if existing buyers could give me relevant feedback on the project. I am especially interested in knowing about -1) quality of construction 2) deviations from promise 3) quality of life for people staying in project 4) khata type (A or B) 5) seriousness of builder about providing post possession support 6) estimated time when all three phases are expected to complete (the builder says end of 2016) 7) any other feedback that existing buyers and residents would like to share.
I see a lot of negative reviews about HM construction in public domain (internet) however, when I interacted with residents of HM World City Sepia, Ivory and Mint building, they did not give me much of negative feedback.

Latest Answer: HM constructions has launched HM Nimbus Bangalore but i am sorry to say I don't know much about the project. When I searched HM Nimbus Commonfloor, i saw it was listed there as HM Nimbus offers 2BHK, 3BHK apartments. @Kanthi I have some questions to you such as what is your budget? are you going via broker or directly contacting builder? etc any how I too interested in real estate property but now interested to invest now for some financial prob.
