In spite of delaying the project for more than nine months they are now putting all unwanted charges to avoid paying the delay amount promised. What should we do?
Latest Answer: First try to talk with the builder and if he is not listening to anything then lodge a complain in Consumer court or Consumer Forum against the builder.
