Purchased property turning out to be a nightmare.
Q: Hi, I have purchased a property In Marg Pushpadruma. In the beginning I was very excited about the whole thing but its turning out to be a Nightmare. In spite of delaying the project for more than nine months they are now putting all unwanted charges to avoid paying the delay amount promised. What should we do?

Latest Answer: First try to talk with the builder and if he is not listening to anything then lodge a complain in Consumer court or Consumer Forum against the builder.
