Q: Are there no people to shop in small towns? or dp people only go to big cities for shopping?
Latest Answer: Developing areas are doing good in mall business.. As per some data I have refererd, Forever 21 has leased 11,000 sq ft in DLF Courtyard in Saket while Kenneth Cole New York and ALT leased 2,000 sq ft each in Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj. Reliance Digital leased 8,099 sq ft in Ansal Plaza and Haze leased 3,000 sq ft in Westgate Mall in Rajouri Garden. Other deals in this submarket were generally smaller sized leases.

Latest Answer: Malls like UB City in Bangalore are major landmarks to cities. But the rental rate is very very high in such malls and is meant for top outlets/brands who can afford to spend so much on rents. The real estate in those parts start taking a new turn with such malls around.

Latest Answer: Last year, Godrej Properties, the real estate arm of Godrej Group, repositioned and re-sized their projects in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad with focus on residential development. The resizing and repositioning of Godrej’s Ahmedabad Township effectively reduce the developable area to 24 million sq.ft from 40.4 million sq ft, while increasing the ratio of residential area to 90 percent of total area from 65 percent.

Q: Hi, I have planned to buy either a plot or house and also a shop in the vicinity of the house in a decent area in East Bangalore. Can someone suggest me which would be good in both residential and commercial perspectives?? Also what would be the chances of future development and appreciation?
Latest Answer: Hi Sandesh, there are many areas where you can invest in East Bangalore.. I prefer areas like Whitefield, ITPL, Brookefield.. I know price is too high in these areas.. may be you can invest in Budigere cross or surroundings.
