Q: Hi, i m planning to invest in real estate but their have been projects in noida where i have not seen any progress in construction for a long time, this could be due to no approvals or liquidity crunch. and many projects where their is no resale. this is making me a littile sceptical about investing in noida. can we form a list of projects which no Resale or delayed Construction or no Approvals etc.

Noida Extension is a location that offers great connectivity and is close to Delhi and other regions of the NCR. Q: What about the projects DLF have sold? Amar resort are solf to whom? And DLF is not coming with any new project this year?
Latest Answer: I think next years or this year end DLF might come back with a big project. They already have so many ongoing projects. And it is always great to invest in DLF projects, they normally have good returns.

Latest Answer: Shefali this area is hot investment place due to the connectivity of the variosu trasportation. Around 18 % hike in proeprty price took place in last year. You can invest in any kind of property can be residential or commercial. For recent times it a best place. Also if you are looking for family residential apartment, i think this is the best place for it. The rpice range for 2 bhk is Rs 1.30 crore. What are your specifications?

If you are looking for Rajouri Garden it is a proper market place where maximum crowd comes for shopping. So rajouri will be the best idea for you book cafe and as you want to attract maximum youth, the collge crowd comes for shopping as there are many shopping malls and street shopping is also available. If you want to buy the commercial space you can put up your range in between 17-25 lac. For rent the range is 17 lakhs for 8500 SqFeet Office Space @ Rs.200/SqFeet. So according to the location in the market the price range varies from lowest to highest.

For sale highest locality price: Rs 49,445 per Sq-ft, Average Locality Price: Rs 35,977 per Sq-ft and Lowest Locality Price: Rs 22,509 per Sq-ft. This rates are for residential areas only. The rates varies for residential plots and multistorey appartments.
