Located at Off Airport Road, Shettigere Bangalore the plots will be available in varying sizes, along with all the modern amenities within the project. Salarpuria sattva serene life is a pre-launched project by Salarpuriya Sattva. It is located at Airport Road in Bangalore. Salarpuria Sattva Serene Life plot originally titled as a plotted residential project. The plot sizes will be available from 1000 sqft to 2500 sqft. The Plot Development project will be available in the different size of Plot with all the modern amenities going to develop the project. I think they are waiting for RERA approval that is the main reason why builder has not disclosed its details.

Q:I need to get Khata transfered for the plot I purchased recently in Anjanapura. I was told that BDA requires the original of the old Khata from previous owner for the transfer. All my originals lie with my bank as I have taken loan. Does BDA really require original Khata for transfer? If yes, will my bank give the original for this purpose alone so that I can submit it later? Thanks
