Q: One of my friend is planning to book a site which has been approved by BMRDA. Is it safe to buy a BMRDA approved sites?
Latest Answer: According to BMRDA officials, often the fraudulent developers who lack approval from any recognized planning authority, imprint the BMRDA approved seal on their advertisements, to give buyers the notion that it is safe to invest in the property. Multiple cases of fake documents have also been doing the rounds.

Q: BMRDA releases sites for sale/registration based on development progress by developer, in 30:30:40 ratio i.e. in 3 phases. So my questions are:
1. Is it BMRDA who issues the release order, or the local (Anekal in this case) planning authority ?
2. Is www.anekal-pa.in the official website of this authority ? The website seems like the job of a child learning to use HTML.
