Q:Recently we have looked a flat in color homes at Kazhipattur, OMR near SIPCOT IT park. we liked the flat and the price per sqft is Rs 2900. 1) How can we be sure in buying that flat?2) The realtor says that the underground water level is good. How can we make sure he is providing the right details3) Is the drainage system in that area is good?4) The place seems undeveloped. we are hoping that the area will develop soon. can you give us some advice?
Latest Answer: Hi Divya, these builders are here to sell and they can promise you many things which may or may not be true. I suggest you go through a trusted person to verify the story. So when I invested in radiance shine, I not only enquired about the property but the builder as well. We go through a broker who promised all lot of things which were luckily true to an extent expect the payment plans which he defined, which lured me. But I did enquired it separately with my relatives and friends. Once they said good words about the developer and praised the construction that is when I went ahead with the purchase. So do your research before going ahead with the purchase.
And yes don’t forget to visit the site once if it is an under construction project.
Q:HI - I recently saw the property of ColorHomes behind Gateway International School Kazhpattur close to Padur. I kind of liked the property very much. I'm kind of feeling little insecure abt the property as lots of apartments are unsold still, after 1.5 yrs of launch, though the price/location seems to be good. Q:Required your advice on purchasing Plot in padur chennai.Its comes at Modern layout back side to Gateway international school.All plots comes in 3 Grounds in size… near by many villas are coming up and even apartments…layout is layed back in 1960’s…The dealer says it is a patta land and i can get approval later. 1.Is this true?
