Required your advice on purchasing Plot in padur chennai.
Q: Required your advice on purchasing Plot in padur chennai. Its comes at Modern layout back side to Gateway international school. All plots comes in 3 Grounds in size… near by many villas are coming up and even apartments…layout is layed back in 1960’s… The dealer says it is a patta land and i can get approval later. 1.Is this true? Hw much time it will take to get approvals. 2.Per ground 45 to 50 lack they were quoting… is it right price? 3.If i can buy a Patta Land, what should i ensure for safety before i buy? 4.How to ensure no cheating. 5.I have amount to purchase 2 grounds,rest of the 1 ground I want to sell after purchaging is it possible???(As all polts comes in 3 grounds)
