Q: It seems that the government is planning to change the PRR plan. Is it true?

Latest Answer: The delay has escalated the cost of the project in many ways. From Rs 550 crore in 2005, it escalated to Rs 5,800 crore in 2012. Now, BDA is planning to revised the land acquisition rates which will again go up as the land prices have increased in the ratio of 1:3. :( :(

Latest Answer: BDA has invited applications for allotting 4,228 apartments, which include 1 bhk, 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats, and has posted the details on its website. The revised rates will apply only to these apartments.

Latest Answer: Yeah even I heard that Bangalore is all set to get a revised master plan. Master plan 2031 will define land use and demarcate zones for the city's sprawl. Do not what is happening till now they are not ready with the master plan for 2015 and they are planning for 2031 master plan.

Q: Has the Court gave green signal for land acquisition for Electronic city Phase IV?
Latest Answer: According to market news, few landowners have signed off on voluntary surrendering of land and getting compensation for the same. Referring to the individuals who have done away with their land, the court confirmed that the acquisition proceedings, which are set at naught, would not impair the state to make necessary accommodation for such allottees.
