Worst builder to buy a flat

Q: Three guys are partners in this project. All three of them are big cheaters. They will delay the project at their own will and won't even bother to compensate for the delay. If you do booking for a flat, they will call you on daily basis till registration is done. Once the registration is over, they will never attend your calls, they will never be available to meet. If you try to catch them in unusual routes, they will behave like gundas and use all the bad words. BEWARE of these culprits before booking a flat with them.

Actual vs Commitment / shown -- NEVER BUY SUPERTECH

Q: Dear All

When we were going to buy the flat they have shown the sample flat and told us that we will get the exactly the same and even they said yes may be there is little difference but would be almost same...we were supposed to get the possession by Oct-2013 but as of today they are saying we will get by Oct-2014 now the issues are

1) Commitment Failure :- We have gone to see the and constructor said we will able to get by December end

2) (Making us fool) We have asked contractor to show us any house which is ready and house shown by him and the material used at that house is VERY much local not even Local i was thinking we have to re-build the complete flat and need to change the complete items. as as sample flat they have shown we will get diamonds fitted and now it is not even stones

we do accept there is diffrence between shown and what we will get and contractor said we can do it for you but you have to pay EXTRA else you will get the same Flat
it is ridiculous

Better stay out of this project!!!

Q: This place is not any good for the hype in their web site. I am living here for last one month and every day is horrible they have serious plumbing issues and the customer service is horrible.

Latest Answer: Absolute waste investment. Poor maintenance. Extreme false promises and delay on project hand over of over 3 years. Also they have the audacity to begin new projects without completing the current project. No communication after they pocketed the money. Absolute disregard for the customer once the sales is over. Stay away from investing any money with this builder please.
