Q:Criminals and goons are ruling here.. carwashing is dominated by a local goon / rowdy who takes money but does not wash the vehicle.. just puts some water. Milk service comes at morning 5 AM only to entrance of building which is 500 meters from end of building and sells for 10 - 15 minutes only which creates stampede and more demand during that time... also he has increased the price to more than mall price.
