Q: Any upcoming IT developments in Hyderabad? This Telengana issue seems to be sorted now, so I was hoping the sector here would see some growth. What do you guys think?
Latest Answer: Yes, he is right. There is going to be as many as 40,000 jobs created from this whole IT expansion. The main project of this expansion plan is the ITIR (Information Technology Investment Region). In fact Google is planning to create their own township project, stretching over 20 acres in Kolapet. I think with all these number of different projects, Hyderabad can overtake Bangalore even as the IT capital of India. Its good that the Telengana issue got sorted out, so now these development processes can finally start.

Q: Hey, I’m an NRI based in Dubai with family in Hyderabad, India. I’ve heard of the recent political turmoil that caused something of a real estate collapse. Can someone enlighten me more on the present infrastructure development scenario?
Latest Answer: You know, I was quite concerned as well with the situation in Hyderabad as well. I’m not a resident of the city, but I have some property over that I had recently invested in. The prices had kind of fell down, but now they’re steadily picking up again. My property is in Miyapur, one of the newly-developed localities in Hyderabad. The infrastructure development is progressing as per plan. I think the Inter-City Bust Terminal that’s planned to be constructed here is going to change the face of this part of town. Once complete, it’s supposed to be the biggest bus bay in India.
