Q:My questions are -1. Builder is fairly new. Is it advisable to go with this builder? Is galaxy north avenue 1 has any land dispute and any hiccups with construction plan?2. PSF is around 3500 and possession by May 2017? will it have rental value after that? Is this a good amount to get in.3. There are some projects in Gaur city 2 which are still on foundation stage and offering a lower PSF. What would be senior members advise on Gaur City 1 vs Gaur City2?4. What will be a horizon from an investment point of view?
