Q:I read somewhere recently that the reason why Coimbatore's property market is now one of the major economic markets of India, is because of limited infrastructure and development. Is this true? What changes need to be made then?
Latest Answer: I don't think this has anything to do with infrastructure. because for a tier 2 city, Coimbatore is really doing well for itself. What the problem is that realty experts can't seem to look past development of tier 1 cities and find the potential in tier 2 cities like Coimbatore.
Q:I feel that 2014 is a very promising year for Coimbatore's real estate market? However, I want to know how it will be different from last year? What are the promising changes that are going to be made?
Latest Answer: Some issues need to be dealt with in 2014. All infra projects should come up. Then civic issues must be dealt with. Problems with water and electricity supply must be fixed. Then only people will be more keen to invest in Coimbatore real estate market.
