The buyers of the project feel cheated as this is just another way for the builder to save on the paint cost. They call the exteriors of these buildings which are still under construction as completed. Before buying a flat at Rohan Abhilasha, please confirm with the builder on painting of the exterior walls. Are the consumers foolish. Does any builder give possession to buyers without exterior paint.
