Latest Answer: Hi, According to me, on the retailing sector, malls which are witnessing declining revenues are in for a bonanza. With 100 per cent FDI being permitted in completed projects for operation and management of malls/ shopping complexes, some of these strata title malls could have a better future .The participation of mall management companies will streamline mall operations to a great extent.

Latest Answer: @ Priya, Yes Mr Subramanya, I agreed with you. However, this would also have a positive impact on the residential localities in the vicinity. Authority have innumerable examples of localities witnessing a rise in values due to a new metro station. In this case, it will be a double bonus for the residents - ease of transportation as well as added shopping facility.

Latest Answer: Hi Venu, As per my knowledge, Everyday people staying in Chennai are witnessing huge traffic in morning & evening. So Chennai Corporation has taken this initiatives to reduce the traffic flow in Chennai. Land acquired for Chennai Metro will be used for widening roads near the sites earmarked for Metro stations on the elevated line.
