Q: Thats Great actually... What is the reason that authority has chosen BKC to transform as a Smart City?

Latest Answer: Hi folks!!!! We all know that the government has recently identified 98 cities for the Smart City Project. But funding for these projects and its execution will be a major challenge for companies. There is no doubt that this mission is expected to improve the quality of life for citizens of these cities. For government, the focus is on sustainable and inclusive development and the idea is to look at intensive areas and create a exemplary model.

Latest Answer: Hey Kishore and Shaina, Don't forget that the authority has also approved the development of Kalyan Growth Centre and the estimated expenditure of Rs 1089 crore for the same. This growth centre will be well connected by road and rail routes and will create job opportunities outside Mumbai and contribute to balanced development of the metropolitan region what with the MMRDA taking up infrastructural development sooner than later.
