Q:Hi all, can anyone advise on the status of the Trinity Heights project by Kursija group in Thane? The construction is halted since last year, and i have been chasing since then, only to hear, "will begin in 15-20 days". is there any realistic time line that anyone can help with. Other investors in this project?? pls reply
Q:Bought a flat in A block of Krishna Shelton and possession was committed by November 2014 but even after one year possession is not given nor the builder is ready to penalty as per the contract. They are using Force majeure as a reason to not pay penalty.I am interested to see if anyone else also has the same issue and is interested to come together to take it up through consumer forum
Latest Answer: When I inquired about the project they told me that they are planning to give the possession by next year January. Can you please let me know the status?
