Q:Since couple of days we are noticing that the supertech capetown is experiencing problem in supplying regular electricity. As far as supply is concerned the plot next to Capetown i.e. Ajnara is receiving electricity 24X7. Even the slums in between are receiving supply without any fault then is Supertech Capetown are defaulters in paying the bills?

Is it true that construction quality of Supertech Capetown is not good? I recently heard a news somewhere that a 3 month old infant suffered minor injuries after the roof of a flat in Supertech Capetown in Noida collapsed.
The owner of flat had brought the property in November 2015 and paid around Rs 50 Lakhs for the unit. Can any one Suggest me that, should I buy a flat in Supertech Capetown or not ?
