Yes, Mahaveer Willet is a KNRERA approved project and its registration number is PR-KN-170731-000828. As far as the local body is concerned, BBMP has approved it and banks such as LIC Housing and SBI are funding it.
There is few negative feedback on construction quality of Mahaveer Willet, Bangalore. Further, for construction purpose, they have water tanker which carries water from outside. It looks like there is a very limited groundwater in that area.
