Mantri Navaratna asking 100% payment before construction completion
Q: I have booked an apartment in Mantri Navaratna and they had planned to deliver the apartment my Mar/Apr 2013. As of now, I don't think they will be able to make it. Thay have been asking us to make 100% payment even before they finish construction. But the document says to pay 100% only when handover of apartment. I'm trying to get hold of other owners so we can form a group here. Anybody else having the same issue?

Latest Answer: Hello, i am looking for an additional apartment in navratna itself. Let me if anybody willing to resale. Direction: East, 2BHK/3BHK, greater than 1000sqft and less than 1200sqft
