Q: Does anyone have any idea about fortune square project @ rathinamangalam? Any existing customers could provide reviews?
Latest Answer: Hello. My sister invested in this property and she told me that is starts from 11.14 Lakhs or so. There's a lot of buzz about the project and the reviews are very good. The success isn't surprising given the fact that its a vijay shanthi project!

Q: What makes Tambaram East so preferable location? How is connectivity, security & infrastructure of Tambaram East?
Latest Answer: Hi Priya, Tambaram East is seeing maximum demand for property within Rs 30-40 lakh budget range. This is because of the presence of the IT belt and SEZ within a radius of 2-3 km of the locality. Professionals working in these companies can stretch their budget to Rs 45 lakh, driving demand for housing within this budget, especially for 2BHK units. These are also easy to sell.

Q: Hi,

I live near Camp Road Jn and was recently looking at properties in Selaiyur Area. I came across a flat near Sankara Vidyalaya, but the rate almost Rs. 6,500/-sqft. Is this too much for the area? there dont seem to be many new projects in the area. I was initially considering any old house near Camp Road Jn. (BSNL side, not Bharat College), but seems noone is selling...

Q: Was recently hunting for apartment @ Tambaram , Jain Abhishek , Pace Adarsha for buy/rent. Bumped into someone camouflaging as agents claim control of apartments getting vacant , trying to monopolize .....rent, lease and sell . Later found these blokes deliver paper, milk etc having tie-up with brokers acting as mediators . Very surprising to see them having the keys of multiple houses and allowing strangers inside apartments at will. As these apartments are mostly owned by NRI, they simply misuse these apartments, and even go to the extent of sub-letting it for few weeks to a month till someone genuine approach for a longer stay. I myself have been through these issues when I was abroad, where my house was used as a club by some loafers in that area and hence this post is to basically to warn the owners keep the custody of the house with some trusted people, friends or relatives. -

Latest Answer: Good info. Are such agents available who can take care of bringing a tenant, tenancy agreement & managing them throughout the lease period (in chennai)? I wasn't aware about it. Thanks.
