Q: Sandeep JP Wish Town. Builder going bankrupt.
I've a unit in "JP Wish Town- Garden Isles" on Noida Expressway. Paid 50% till dt. without any loan. Rest to be paid at possession which seems to be a distant dream. Sued JP @ NCDRC with 400 more flat owners. Before the builder goes bankrupt, does taking a loan against the unit safeguards my interest more as a buyer.

Latest Answer: Hello Sandhya!! Have you visited the project site? Did you check all approval papers? Before buying any property check out all the legal papers, if possible involved a lawyer, check the connectivity and the approach road, daily basic amenities from the project site, location advantages, check the construction materials used in the project, check if there is any civic issue in the locality and then proceed. After all, it is a matter of your hard earned money.
