Advantages:
a. Sector 121 has the best connectivity which will help your money to appreciate fast and in double rate.
b. You have high end projects and also the all the projected are located nearby IT sector.
c. Noida Extension is easily accessible, which is the fasted growing market for now...
d. There are already small shops ready near the projects.
Disadvantage :
a. Sector 121 is among the last sectors of Noida.Hence the area is less populated, which might cause, issues like robbery, eve teasing and all that.
b. Almost 25% of land parcel belongs to the village called Garhi Chaukhandi, which is a proper village.
c. There is a proposed sewage plant in sector 119 and also there are news that sector 122 is a cremation ground .
d. The most important point, there is a proposed water treatment plant in Sector 121.

My flat was illegally possessed by renters by stoping rent transfer and now denying vacating flat after fourth five days notice. AOA of society behaved irresponsible and taken favour of renter Arun goel and mayank singhal in K four zero four .

Latest Answer: I am also suffering the same in phase 1, Homes 121. They have now demanded 10Lacs as interest on delayed payment....don't know for what. They don't give details as well.
