Q:Hello everyone, I am looking to buy a 2BHK property preferably in Kharghar, Ulve, Taloja, Navi Mumbai and Virar. I am not sure whether to go with Virar as I have heard lot of issues with water, electricity etc. I have stayed more than 15 years in Nalasopara and always faced water shortage, low shedding etc. Ive heard that in the next 5-6 years virar is going to be a major hub like churchgate.. is this true?Can someone shed some light on these areas? Which area is the best in terms rent and connectivity? If you are buying flat directly from CIDCO in building made by CIDCO following are the documents required:- Allotment Letter from CIDCO, 2) NOC from CIDCO, 3) Receipt of payments made to CIDCO, 4) No Valuation Report required, 5) No Title Clearance/Search Report needed and 6) Sale agreement and sale deed between the owner and CIDCO.
