Q: Developer is not at all serious about electrification of the project and is unnecessarily ignoring his responsibility since 2012....We should take a legal action and will meat with the West Bengal State Electricity Board and HIDCO to short-out the dispute on permanent connection of electricity.. The arrangement of DG is absolutely a temporary arrangement..If there is any fault of the developer,then that should be solved and permanent connection of electric line should be installed..In this regard the owners should form a group..Now the question lies about how we can proceed..

Q: For joining teh Owners group, I have filled up the details months back..but still it says. "Your account is created on Sunrise Greens CommonFloor, but is awaiting verification from the CF Administrator and fellow owners at Sunrise Greens. "
Can anybody tell me..what takes so much time to clear this.and what kinda verifactions takes months of time.

Q: Wondering if anybody has received any notification on the possession dates for A block.
Latest Answer: I agree, there is no slightest decency in sureka management to respond back on queries. I was reached out by Mr Tarak for possession on my apartment of A-604 and when I challenged back on the additional cost which was not in original agreement plus no adjustment of penalty and confirmed basement parking, since then I haven't heard anything from them yet.

Q: Is there a final date given by builder ( of Sunrise Greens ) for delivery of the apartment. I have paid money in Feb 2008 and even after 54 months. I have no visibility when I shall get possession. Can we take some legal measure as a group or make a joint complaint to West Bengal Housing board / or some other government authority ?

Q: There seems to be a further delay. It may stretch to May 2013. The past experience with the builder is bad since they are delaying the project with irrelevant excuses. Other projects are on time.

Q: Out side ambeince is also shabby with shops on both side of the canal /road. There are no street lights & during evenings its is pitch dark. Any chances of improvement. Culvert to approach sunrise greens from main rd is accident prone.
No proper piched road
No street lights.
Out side ambience is bad.
Delayed project. Investors money stuck.
Latest Answer: I think the road in front of the project is the worst part of new town. nearby locality & people are also very dangerous. Moreover the road side canal is also another drawback. Overall it doesn't looks like new town.
