Q: I have booked a 3 BHK recently in Phase II and have got a draft agreement from Ideal. Wanted to know if any previous buyer made any amendment to it so that its fair to both buyer and seller. Mostly builders make them in their favour leaving nothing for buyers. Phase I case will also help. Thanks.
Latest Answer: i went to ideal enclave but then the rates have shot up.....now a 2bhk flat is not selling below 40lakh and the 3bhk going upto 55lakhs (excluding registration) can anyone suggest a good project within 35-40 lakh 3bhk

Q: I wanted to know if I have booked a flat and after that the price rises then which amount should I pay, the present price or the amount at the time of booking the flat. Please help.
Latest Answer: It is better to book a property which is escalation free. Generally builders do not ask for escalating price if you have already booked.

Q: I am entering into an agreement with a buyer. Can anyone tell me, the precautions I should take as a seller?
Latest Answer: My advice is, do not hand over the possession to the buyer without getting the full payment and get all the documentation in writing from the builder.
