Agreement signed between buyer and IDEAL after 20% payment.
Q: I have booked a 3 BHK recently in Phase II and have got a draft agreement from Ideal. Wanted to know if any previous buyer made any amendment to it so that its fair to both buyer and seller. Mostly builders make them in their favour leaving nothing for buyers. Phase I case will also help. Thanks.

Latest Answer: i went to ideal enclave but then the rates have shot up.....now a 2bhk flat is not selling below 40lakh and the 3bhk going upto 55lakhs (excluding registration) can anyone suggest a good project within 35-40 lakh 3bhk
