Q:I am planning to buy a A katha property in ramamurthy nagar , bangalore . The seller has all the documents except the Conversion Fee charges paid Receipt. He does not have the DC conversion order as well . My question is , how did he pay betterment charges and got A katha without the conversion order / receipt . His point is there was no need for conversion order since the area around the property was already residential and there was no such need for a conversion order . Should i proceed to buy this property? Looking for your valuable advice
