Latest Answer: One of my friend has also booked a flat in the same project and he is wondering how will be the quality of work of the builder. There is drawback of flat in share of freehold you can not say anything to the owners of the other flats but if the flat is in lease hold you can formally request the owners from creating any noise or other disturbing work.
