Latest Answer: Well, there is a huge mismatch in the demand and supply or housing units and the segments as well, as there is an acute shortage of affordable units as well and the election does nothing but stall decision for a few days or months, other than that no long term effect is seen in the past also.

Latest Answer: hi Jeet, the survey indicates that there has been a slight shift in investor interest from conventional assets in prime markets to newer and stable assets in niche markets. but yeah as said by others the interest of investors in the indian market is still high.

Q: I want to know whether Indian companies are getting ECBs presently.

Latest Answer: Currently, only four developers have applied for raising $100 million ECBs. NHB believes that more developers will follow ECB route after the extension of deadline. Private developers have enough time to mobilise resources which promises a better response this time.
