I am not taking the the side of local municipal but to attract your attention through this statement that the The officials will always face an difficult job in the execution of road widening, A majority of villagers overruled the sane voice of a few to stop asphalting the surface in old residential areas. Q:I've been reading many news articles that say that the roads in Mysore are going to improve? What sort of developmental plans are there? Will this help the real estate to boost up?
Latest Answer: About a month or two ago, sewage entered the drinking water supply pipe and came out of many residents houses in Mysore. The civic authorities didn't rectify the problem until 2 or 3 days later. And the solution was to rip the roads apart to find what the problem was and of course the residents had to pay road cutting charges. Mysore's civic amenities are not becoming of a supposedly developing city. If it wants to attract the industrial sector then basic facilities such as good roads, water supply, and sanitation must be provided. Otherwise real estate prices will sink even lower!
