Highly unprofessional CRM team and and do not care for buyer at all..paid 98% payments already still no signs of OC or Possession... Do not reply even after multiple follow ups and asks people to sign own created possession deed (without legal procedures) without sharing soft copy to go through the clauses written (not sharing soft copy so that people can not consult lawyers) .... Forces people to sign many such documents over and above agreement to get the possession but fails to show the occupation cerise. Claims for flat readyness but fails to provide livable society. Asks people to take possession without sharing OC.

Latest Answer: Hi, I have verified that project and found that SBI & LIC have approved so hopefully it has all NOCs in place. But my sincere advice to you to do verification yourself through an advocate. LIC or SBI check should not be the reason for you to rely totally upon their check. You are the buyer and if you are satisfied by your checks go ahead. I would think twice seeing thread and approach road etc. There may be the people hire by some other builders to write negative about others.
