Q:How good is the location of the property if I am working for an IT company in Hitech city or Gachibowli ? Are there any other fully gated projects completed by Elegant Infratech builder. If yes how is the maintenance during the first one year. Please let me know if there are any other concerns with this project, it will be very helpful for me to take a decision. Thanks.
Latest Answer: There are not many facilities that are being provided, basic thing like lifts, internet facility,parking and 24 hour generator back up are there. And this projects is not complete now, it starts its possession from December 2015.
