How good is the location and the builder ?
Q: How good is the location of the property if I am working for an IT company in Hitech city or Gachibowli ? Are there any other fully gated projects completed by Elegant Infratech builder. If yes how is the maintenance during the first one year. Please let me know if there are any other concerns with this project, it will be very helpful for me to take a decision. Thanks.

House loan from State Bank of Hyderabad
Q: I am planning to take home loan from State Bank of Hyderabad.Can you please answer the following queries. Are there any prepayment charges in SBH ? How much is the processing fees and will be there be any other extra charges ? What is the current rate of interest for floating and fixed schemes ? SBH is an affiliated bank of SBI and is under government but why is there a difference in rate of interest ?
