Q: It is true that the proposed Land Acquisition Bill would not impact the real estate sector in the country if handled in the right perspective and right manner.
Latest Answer: Hey friends...... It is come to hear that the Housing Ministry has accepted a proposal of a Parliamentary panel's recommendation on the Real Estate Bill to make the provisions stricter and increase the 50% threshold but not lower it. The Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation ministry has also accepted all 38 recommendations made by the 21-member Rajya Sabha select committee which submitted its report last week.

Q: What are the pros and cons of land acquisition bill ?
Latest Answer: Hey kaushik, Congress was no sure of their stand, congress was "the one who proposed this and they are the one who is picking holes in their own proposals". How cunning the Congress part were? Now that is a politically unsustainable situation... in the Budget session Congress told the govt., they will do it in the next session. Now they are saying that they are not against the GST, but they have some suggestions..

Q: What is the impact of land acquisition bill past by central govt in year 2015 ?
Latest Answer: Hi Guys, According to Finance Minister, it is not a setback. It is set forward. Rather than involve ourselves in political deadlock and remain parked in a traffic jam situation, we should take the possible route, which has lesser political cost, provide greater freedom to the states... and states who want to get benefit out of it, get the benefit out of it.
