Latest Answer: Hi Sajid, Following points will help you out to check the credential of a builder - 1) Check the experience of a builder in real estate market, 2) Check out the news, articles and reports available online. Just search for builders name and you will be able to get ton of information about his past project and any financial and legal issues, 3) talk to existing and past clients visiting in their societies, 4) visit the project site, 5) Check the company registration number in their website, 6) check whether builders or developers have won any industry awards or even nominated once and, 7) CREDAI membership etc.
