When is the possession date?
Q: Please indicate tentative plan for giving the posestion of Flat -KPA-15-1102. As the discount on interest paid to the Bank is not being processed at our Organisation i.e SAIL. Our office says that until and unless you wont get the possession, you cant claim rebate on this account. Please suggest me the solution. Our accounts department says that if you get the possesion within 3 years from the time of taking loan from the Bank and claim within 3 years then you can get the rebate on the part of interest, which you are paying to the Bank. Failing which, you will not be able to get any rebate on this account. Hence I need your help in this regard.

Latest Answer: Hey Khan, You need not have to worry about the rebate, you can talk to the chartered accountant about how to get the rebate.
