When the work will start in Palm resort
Q: Hi, I am a buyer of a flat in Palm Resort. I purchased it it July 2012. At that time they were saying that the work is about to begun. But still there is no excavation. Do you have any idea why the work is delayed in this project. Also in the last question of Priya, you told that the builder is ABCZ builders but I didn't find any projects named palm resort on their site. Puneet Sharma

Latest Answer: Hi Puneet, had you done a legal check at the time of purchase? Had you collected copies of all legal documents and approval related documents, etc? Becasue I feel may be the approvals have been delayed and that is why they are delaying it.
