Q: Supertech North Eye project is delayed for 10 years, still under construction ,interiors not done. Supertech is demanding 20% of the cost stating superstructure is ready.
I have a studio booking on 26th floor which is incomplete.
Would like to get input from other allottees of North Eye for taking proper steps.

Q: I want to know the RERA registration number of Kalpataru Vista, Sector-128, Noida?
Latest Answer: Hi Sekhar, Strongly suggest not to consider Kalpataru as they are also like other north India builders. They had committed the revised GST rate to existing customer and later on refused to reduce GST and charging 12%. Also their project is already started getting delayed. They were suppose to construct sample flat in May, which is already postponed till deewali. In summary, my advise is not to get stuck in under construction project irrespective of whoever the builder is.

Q: Present status of tower B1 of UNIHOMES 3, Sector113 NOIDA
Latest Answer: Hello Pramod, No progress in Tower B1 in Unihomes 3, Sector-113, Noida. I have booked my two units in Unitech Golf and Country Club. I had booked a 3BHK flat in 2007 for Rs 1.5 crore with a promise of delivery in 2009 but the builder has failed to deliver flats or answer our questions pertaining to the delivery of flats. Our family has gone through a financial crisis due to the investment in this project but the builder never bothered to deliver on his promise.

Latest Answer: Worst Project of NOIDA Water Softner does not work and hence the TTN is too high The drinking water is unhealthy and most of the residents are buying water The water is harmful for eyes hair and for kids Quality low quality of cement and low quality of wood for doors are used. For Rent Do not take it for rent at all. The NRIs had never saw the apartment. To do basic furnishing before giving it on rent , they took help from builder office The contractors took hefty amounts from NRIs and did pathetic work . NRI is of opinion that their apartments are too good but in reality they are not liveable . Unexperienced carpenters Painters and electricians did a shoddy job in many apartments. For Buying You need to complete undone the plaster , electricity fitting of wires , pipes and what not. The personal very expensive softener has to be installed and whole water supply of home should go through that softener may help In case of fire God can only help

Q: THE BUILDER CAME THAT THEIR PROJECT GOT DELAYED BECAUSE OF MEASURES BEYOND THEIR CONTROL LIKE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANE BECAUSE OF FALLING WITHIN 10 KILOMETERS OF BIRD SANCTUARY.FOR HOW MUCH PERIOD THIS FACTIR COULD HAVE DELAYED THE PROJECT,THANKS
Latest Answer: These are all false information, I invested money since 2015 for this project. They are badly facing problem with cash flow. many cases filed against builder in different court.

Q: I have a unit booked in paramount fuschia tower. However i have not been given the possession and builder says that completion certicate has not been granted by the authority while the builder has taken the money for registry and then kept quite. Any body having similar experiences
