They had committed the revised GST rate to existing customer and later on refused to reduce GST and charging 12%. Also their project is already started getting delayed. They were suppose to construct sample flat in May, which is already postponed till deewali. In summary, my advise is not to get stuck in under construction project irrespective of whoever the builder is.

I had booked a 3BHK flat in 2007 for Rs 1.5 crore with a promise of delivery in 2009 but the builder has failed to deliver flats or answer our questions pertaining to the delivery of flats.
