Q: GD EVE ALL............I CAN TO KNOW THAT MVL INDI HOMES AGIN DELAYED THEIR POSSESION DATE FROM JUNE TO NOVEMBER-2016.....CAN SOME BODY PLS RECONFIRM AND UPDATE...

Latest Answer: Hi everyone, i can understand your problem. But don't you will receive your possession for sure on the postponed date. I am living in the Coral residential flats by MVL. They may take some time but will deliver to you the possession for sure.

VVA developer's Aspen Heights,Bhiwadi
Q: look forward for some reviews about this builder , any past residential prject they given in time. Also are they reliable and any other misconduct someone had experienced from them.Hope to hear form you people soon, as i am doing my homework for their project.

Latest Answer: Guys, VVA developers are bunch of thieves, They just want your money nothing else. The day you will give your money they will stop responding to your queries. If you have hard earned money then do not waste it here. They do not have any return policy for your money . It is one way of throwing money. They cheated me by promising to deliver me flat in 2016. Now I am just asking them to refund my money back , they are giving thousand reason not to refund it back. It is very sad state of affair. If you want a peaceful life they be cautious of Aspen Height Project. Manoj,

Latest Answer: Guys, VVA developers are bunch of thieves, They just want your money nothing else. The day you will give your money they will stop responding to your queries. If you have hard earned money then do not waste it here. They do not have any return policy for your money . It is one way of throwing money. They cheated me by promising to deliver me flat in 2016. Latest Answer: Hi Kiran, i had enquired and these plots are government approved and also has approvals from some banks . The developer too is ok... not much name but has been in joint venture with quite a few projects in delhi and NCR.. The layout and other details are very nice for the NDLC city 1 inBhiwadi.

Q: I booked a flat in Sept'2012 in BDI Northstar,have made 2 installments but till now no news of starting of foundation work,any news.

Latest Answer: hi Yogesh, many thanks for the update,I also inquired more about this. I came to know that R-Tech has entered as new JV partner with BDI and Pahwa bulidtech has exited from the earlier trio JV of BDI, Dainik bhaskar and pahwa buildtech.

Latest Answer: Hi, Bhiwadi is a growing city with lot of people and companies establishing their base here. Lot of workers, people and middle class people are shifting here for job opportunities and MVL group's Indi Home project is very reasonable. They are providing homes to people for within 20 lacs of budget which is very much affordable. I think you should invest in indi homes and then wait a few years as this city is going to grow drastically in the coming 5 years and then you can sale out your investment later. I hope this helps! :)
