Latest Answer: I had a long discussion with sales, and residents to make an assessment before purchase. Building does not have OC/Khata . Builder has given a swimming pool, which is under violation, STP under BBMP notice as it encroached Rajakaluve, Basement which violate Pollution control board.
Builder seem to set every item in Apartment as temporary. Eg: recently opened a 10*10 play room which has to serve 1000 residents!
There is no end to list of violations.
Sales team talk about facility for which they cannot give written documents, Basement where there is a car parking is in bad shape

BBMP took little effort to fill the potholes but due to bad quality materials used for the road construction, the roads will be back in horrible condition paving way for troubled commuters.
