Q: I bought a 3-BHK Flat in PGE for which registration was done in June2010. Possesion of the flat was given in July2012 . Delay was due to poor quality & incomplete work. I had visited this Flat in Jan.2013 after taking possesion for giving it for rent.To my horror I found th ceiling of Ona of the bathroom had fallen due to leakage from top.Entire master bedroom wall and ceilig were spoilt due to leakage. Root cause was that their sewage and drainage systemleaks frequently. Ceiling are made of Plaster of Paris boards not heard of in permanent construction??Response of the Team looking after the site was that it they wouldnot attend to it. It is customary for them to provide such temporary ceilig & customer is suppose to do permanent construction. It is shockig experience that in a luxury Flat builder is following such practice.Like to share this with other residents and Know their experience. Please advise how do I get solution of this problem where

Latest Answer: Builder is Up township and they have handed over the charge to m/s WAVE Infratech for maitenance. None of these people at H.O. level are responding to mails. It is over a month. I wish to get feedback from the other owners/residents of plumeria garden estate about their experience.
