Q: How to find if there is a legal issue on a particular property ?

Latest Answer: Consult a Property Lawyer with all the documents you have or you can go for a loan from a reputed nationalized or scheduled bank, so they will make a thorough check of all the documents, make a legal appraisal of the property including the valuation. If you do not need a loan, you just pay the processing fees for the formalities.
