Q:Booked a flat in building shiv sahyadri just adjacent to deepmala ,project of the same builder.I booked flat 3.5 years before and yet even the building that is being redeveloped has not been demolished.I am worried whether they will even start the project ,and also about construction quality of the builder.
Latest Answer: The builder just refuses to give me details as to why project is delayed.his only answer for 3.5 years is we will get cc in 2 or 3 months .I did a mistake to book a flat in prelaunch stage.He verbally promise me that he will allot me another flat in his adjacent building deepmala..but when I went to change allotment letter he refused todo so under the pretext that the partners of deepmala project are different than shiv sahyadri.he is now telljng me to buy flat in deepmala at 8000 psf rate whereas I booked my flt t 5500 rte 4 yrs back
Q:Hi is the Olive County construction better than ATS advantage and Orange County in Indirapuram ? Is there seepage? If I had to choose between the above three societies how would one rate them? Thx
