The real estate market is governed by forces of demand and supply. Prices go up and come down based on market forces and factors. Looking at the current scenario, it seems that there is lot to happen in property market in Mulund East. It seems that property prices have jumped by 8% in last one year which shows a good overall growth prospects. Presently there are no water or power issues in Mulund East. I am a resident of Mulund East for last 8 years and till now not come across any such major issues pertaining to water or power.

Latest Answer: I have booked a flat in Kamla Atlantis in Nov-dec 2012. Till date construction has not started. the sales representative of Kaml, one Ms Pranali informed me that as they are yet to receive certain approvals, construction will not start for another 6-8 months.
I have given a cancellation request, but the builder has not even acknowledged my request yet even after one month.
Please reconsider your decision to buy from Kamla Landmarc builders. If you phone them, the executives do not pick up calls. Sometimes after attending calls they will offer to revert with information, but the call never comes.
I am now struggling to get my money back. I was told that the flat would be available by June 2016.
