Q: Wanted to understand legal implications, complexities of buying farmland, within 100-120kms of Bangalore for cultivation and farming. It'd have a small house (2-3 BHK, small structure), in not more than 5% of the area. What kind of clearances etc. are required ? Can a person from outside Karnataka buy such land ?


Q: BMRDA releases sites for sale/registration based on development progress by developer, in 30:30:40 ratio i.e. in 3 phases. So my questions are: 1. Is it BMRDA who issues the release order, or the local (Anekal in this case) planning authority ? 2. Is www.anekal-pa.in the official website of this authority ? The website seems like the job of a child learning to use HTML.
